Terms and Conditions
Deposit: Reservations are made in advance with 20% of the total booking amount required as deposit and secured by credit card or cheque. The balance of room rate will be due 5 days prior to Check-In (automatically drawn from the nominated Credit Card), with any other sundries payable on arrival.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund of the deposit is given (less a cancellation fee, at the rate of the first night rate, per apartment) if cancellation is received in writing not less than 60 days of arrival. If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, no refund of deposit is given and full payment is required. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date. In the case of a no-show, guests will be responsible for full payment.
Peak Times: There is a minimum stay of 5 nights (except Dec 15 to Jan 5 when minimum stay is 10 nights)
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage arising during their stay. Guests hereby agree for any damage charges to be deducted from their credit card Check In/Out: Check-in from 2pm. Check-out is at 10.30 am. Alternative times may be made with prior arrangement. Please note that prices and conditions may be subject to change. Our property is non-smoking.
Untidy Departure: Guests are expected to leave their room in a neat & tidy condition. $35/hour will be charged to the guest for extraordinary cleaning.
